Estrella Andorra is a brewery located in the heart of Andorra, known for crafting high-quality and refreshing beers. With a deep connection to the country’s natural beauty, it combines traditional brewing methods to create distinctive beers. The process begins in the brewhouse, where the grains are mashed and combined with hops to create the wort — the base of every beer.
This flavorful liquid is carefully boiled to balance bitterness, aroma, and taste, preparing it for the magic to come.
The wort is cooled and yeast is added, initiating a natural process in which sugars are converted into alcohol and carbon dioxide. Over the course of days or weeks, the beer develops its distinctive flavors, aromas, and character — a true reflection of the brewer’s craftsmanship and creativity.
