02What data
Only what you send us: name, venue, email, phone, the beer, format and quantity you ask for, and your message.
The form stores nothing on our server: it prepares the message and opens it in your WhatsApp for you to send. If you email us, the message arrives in our inbox.
03What for
To answer your request, confirm availability and prepare the supply. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps that follow from it.
We do not send advertising or share your data with anyone for commercial purposes.
04Who else sees it
WhatsApp (Meta), when you send the request through that channel, and our email provider, when you email us.
Google, only if you press ‘Show the map’ on the contact page.
05How long
For as long as the business relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as legal and tax obligations require.
06Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@estrella-andorra.com.
If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
This policy follows Qualified Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data.
07Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Your browser only stores the fact that you confirmed your age and the language you chose, so we don't ask again.
The Google map on the contact page does not load until you ask for it; from then on, Google's terms apply.
